The Cabinet of Ministers

The Cabinet of Ministers has supreme executive power in the Kingdom of Midgard. It consists of monarch and ministers invited by the monarch.

The government works according to the provisions of the Constitution and of the Law of the Structure of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Functions and powers

The administrative institutions of the State are under the authority of the Cabinet.

The government can propose laws, and it appoints and affirm civil servants in positions.

The Cabinet of Ministers discuss and decides about draft laws and issues of State’s governance made by any ministry, issue orders to all institutions and officials.

The Cabinet of Ministers is responsible together for policies carried out by the government, but each individual member of the Cabinet is politically responsible for his or her own actions.
